Field and Aims: One of the problems that governments face is the prevalence of certain crimes in society and how to deal with them. In the meantime, the question arises: what policy has Islamic law adopted in dealing with such crimes?
Method: This research is written using a descriptive-analytical method.
Finding and Conclusions: The Holy Sharia tries to change the atmosphere of society by presenting the method of government-people participatory politics. In this type of model, on the one hand, an attempt is made to make the atmosphere of society healthy by transforming the means of crime and prostitution into permissible means, establishing the institution of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil as a public supervisory institution, giving importance to the inherent dignity and strengthening the supreme self in human existence, creating general affection between the government and the people, so that the society realizes the ugliness of crime and refrains from committing it. On the other hand, in dealing with crimes that are closely related to public order and social security, punishment is dealt with without mercy and seriously so that its ugliness remains in the eyes of society and it’s spread to other crimes is prevented
